African and Afro-Cuban Drumming

Run by DMAC UK.  A music collective, based at Hamilton House, they run a huge number of fitness classes, including drumming on a Monday and Wednesday.

Bloc Climbing

Home to Bristol’s only 4.5m competition wall with more that 1,200 square metres of climbing, Bloc Climbing in St Werburgh’s offer a variety of climbing, suiting both beginners and those with more experience.

X-Ray Spexercise

Taking place at the Exchange on Old Market, this is a 50-minute class that mixes aerobic and core work to a classic punk playlist.

Lavrak Circus

Run by Invisible Circus, a female-led alternative circus company, have a go at aerial circus. There is the choice to try hoops and silks.

Bristol Roller Derby

A not-for-profit, flat track roller derby league, Bristol Roller Derby is home to four teams. Anyone can join, even if they have no experience or kit.

Irish Dance

Fast footwork, lively music and lots of fun – this Irish dancing class takes place at The Island and cover both solo and Ceili (group) dancing.

Stand Up Paddleboard

Mad Mike’s Obstacle Course Racing Training

Located at All Aspects Fitness near Almondsbury, do the monkey bars, climb ropes, swim and climb walls on this 1.5km obstacle course.

Twerk Fussion

Learn how to twerk and dancehall (a Jamaican dance style), all while improving flexibility and cardio strength.

Lil’s Pole Fitness and Dance

Open to women of all ages, sizes and abilities, this PDC-approved pole dancing school helps improve fitness and strength levels, tone bodies and increase flexibility.

Static Trapeze

A friendly and motivating, mixed-level class based at The Island. Static Trapeze, a type of circus skill, improves strength and flexibility.
