Try yoga for free at Bristol Yoga Trail 2017
For the fifth year running, Bristol Yoga Trail is opening the doors of six studios across Bristol to offer free yoga sessions all day long, on Saturday, October 14.
Relax your body and open your mind while discovering more about the increasingly-popular discipline and the different styles available. Teachers will be around to talk to over a cup of tea and slice of cake, and the event can be enjoyed with family and friends.
is needed now More than ever
There’s even no need to bring a mat, as they are provided by each studio. Simply turn up wearing comfortable clothing and dive feet-first (or head-first, if you’re brave) into a world of breathing, stretching and control. Free classes include hot yoga at Yogafurie, Pranayama yoga, yogic breathing and restorative yoga. Newcomers’ classes and womens’ only classes are also available on the day.
All proceeds from the volunteer-run event will go to Bristol-based charity Off The Record (OTR), who support young people’s mental health across Bristol and South Gloucestershire. OTR provide information and support such as group work, one-to-one counselling, LGBTQ+ networks, and social action campaigns.
Bristol Yoga Trail takes place on Saturday, October 14. For more information, including a full timetable of the free classes, visit www.bristolyogatrail.wordpress.com.
