Preview: Bristol Yoga Trail

Bristol Yoga Trail is a day to sample different yoga styles in 8 locations in Bristol for free. The yoga community of Bristol have united for the 4th year running to offer a pan-Bristol Yoga Open Day. The public is invited to visit different yoga centres and sample many styles of yoga class on offer. Suitable for anyone interested in trying out different yoga styles and meeting the Bristol yoga community.

Bristol Yoga Trail brings yoga teachers and students together and offers a chance to explore new spaces and meet the teachers at each studio. There will be tea and refreshments served along the way. The timetable is available at http://bristolyogatrail.wordpress.com/ 

Yogawest – Denmark Place, Bishopston, BS7 8NW. 11:30 open class for all abilities plus short tasters throughout the afternoon. They have two beautifully tranquil, fully equipped studios set in a lovely garden. Bristol YogaSpace – 10 Park Row, City Centre, BS1 5UH. 11.45 – 4.30 join us for taster classes for all abilities. They offer supportive yoga classes where the practices are adapted for each individual.
