Homes at the Copper Building in South Bristol will launch for sale this Saturday, 6th October, with a range of dual-aspect penthouses and one and two bedroom homes on offer.

Prices will start from just £150,000 for the homes, which are set amongst 10 acres of private, luscious green gardens; they will each offer views of the development’s very own lake – as illustrated in a brand new image released by the developers today.

The building is being created by joint venture developers Urban Splash and Places for People; designed by former mayor George Ferguson’s Ferguson Mann practice, it will complete in 2019 and comprise a total of 136 homes each featuring a balcony, a spacious open plan living area and floor to ceiling windows.

Speaking on behalf of the JV, Urban Splash director of residential sales, Guy Ackernley said: “We’re really looking forward to launching these homes for sale; we’ve created fantastically-designed, brand new properties, at a great price point and are excited about telling people more at our launch this weekend.

“We’ve created homes of varying sizes and types, from one and two bedroom apartments through to the dual aspect penthouses, which will cater for the needs of a broad spectrum of buyers looking for a new home within easy reach of the centre of Bristol.”

Residents moving into the building next year will benefit from 10 acres of gardens as well as being in close proximity to the centre of Bristol.
