Andrea: No.

What made you want to go on this blind date?
Andrea: The promise of free food and to try something new.
Danny: Through a friend.
What were your first thoughts when you saw your date?
Andrea: He looked like a nice laid back guy.
Danny: At least I wasn’t the latest.
What did you talk about?
Andrea: We seemed to talk about food quite a lot! But also travels, sport, living in Bristol.
Danny: Our jobs, food and sport mainly.
What was the atmosphere like?
Andrea: Relaxed.
Danny: Fine, bubbly.
Any moments when you wished you were somewhere else?
Andrea: Only just before I arrived, as I was quite nervous.
Danny: I was perfectly happy with the company I was in.
What would you say is the best characteristic of your date?
Andrea: He came across as having a real passion and ambition for his business to succeed, which was really nice to hear about.
Danny: Her personality.
What do you think your date made of you?
Andrea: Oh God, he hopefully thought I was a nice chatty person!
Danny: Probably not a good match.
Is there anything you would change about the evening?
Andrea: It was pretty hot in the restaurant when I arrived, so I probably flapped around a lot at first trying to cool down which may have been a bit off putting!
Danny: No, I had a nice time.
Did you go somewhere else after your meal?
Andrea: No.
Danny: No, we went our separate ways.
Were there any sparks of potential?
Andrea: I’m not sure.
Danny: No.

Andrea: I’d be happy to meet up again for a drink, but maybe more as friends.
