Charlie: Nope
Nuala: No
What made you want to go on this blind date?
Charlie: Intrigued, something new, finished watching Game of Thrones.
Nuala: I just thought, why the hell not?
What were your first thoughts when you saw your date?
Charlie: Glad she wasn’t the weird person who had been lurking outside… or a man.
Nuala: Thank god you’re not fat and ugly.
What did you talk about?
Charlie: Everything from farming to catheters.
Nuala: Everything, I can’t really remember after the first bottle of wine.
What was the atmosphere like?
Charlie: Lots of laughs, not a quiet moment really.
Nuala: Chilled, fun, banter.
Any moments when you wished you were somewhere else?
Charlie: Not at all.
Nuala: Nope.
What would you say is the best characteristic of your date?
Charlie: There were a few.
Nuala: The ability to make me feel comfortable from the minute we met, and a really nice smile.
What do you think your date made of you?
Charlie: No idea, brave for trying my first oyster?
Nuala: That I got louder as the date went on.
Is there anything you would change about the evening?
Charlie: No
Nuala: Not at all.
Did you go somewhere else after your meal?
Charlie: She gave me a backie on her bike for some cocktails.
Nuala: Yes, we went for a few cocktails in town and then I gave him a backie home.
Were there any sparks of potential?
Charlie: Ummm!
Nuala: Maybe…
Will you meet again?
Charlie: I would see Nuala again, she was good fun.
Nuala: Yes.
