What did you think of this experience as a first date?
It was great. We picked our Cycle the City bikes and headed to The Bristol Cheesemonger for cheese tasting. We ended up in Bar Buvette for appetisers and cocktails.
What were your first thoughts when you saw your date?
Hello!
What did you talk about?
Anything and everything. There weren’t any awkward silences.
What was the atmosphere of the date like?
Electric.
Any moments when you wished you were somewhere else?
No.
What would you say is the best characteristic of your date?
Strong sunglasses.
What do you think your date made of you?
Hopefully something positive?
Is there anything you would change about the evening?
I’d have liked to ride the bikes for longer. I’d also have liked to not smash a wine glass on the floor!
Did you go somewhere else after?
Yes – to Lizard Lounge, but sadly he didn’t join me.
Were there any sparks of potential…?
Maybe…
Will you meet again?

No.
What did you think of this experience as a first date?
A very good concept for a first date. Who can complain when there are bikes, cheese, wine and French food?
What were your first thoughts when you saw your date?
She looked like a lovely girl.
What did you talk about?
Losing a tooth due to too many drinks. For the record, I have a full set of teeth.
What was the atmosphere of the date like?
Very relaxed and fun.
Any moments when you wished you were somewhere else?
Probably when Lizard Lounge was brought up…
What would you say is the best characteristic of your date?
Easy to get on with, no awkward silences.
What do you think your date made of you?
6 out of 10.
Is there anything you would change about the evening?
A bit more time on the bikes….and more drinks.
Did you go somewhere else after?
One drink after, but then went our separate ways.
Were there any sparks of potential…?
I don’t think so.
Will you meet again?
I’ve just brought a tandem bike. Make of that what you will….but probably not!
