Eastington Park for your wedding

By Helen Martin  Monday Mar 23, 2015

A regal, tree-lined drive will lead you to this quintessential 18th century Georgian Manor house, set amidst eight acres of fine English country gardens with a stunning backdrop of rural Gloucestershire. The venue boasts an elegant, pillared entrance and sweeping grounds to set the scene for your wedding day.

Eastington Park is an exclusive-use venue, meaning the entire house and grounds are solely for the use of you and your guests. The venue is suitable for up to 200 guests, and is also licensed for civil ceremonies and partnerships. You can say “I do” in the elegant Morning Room, or under the pergola in the beautifully landscaped gardens. If a church wedding is what you’re after, the picturesque village church is situated just a five minute walk away.

The large Bridal Suite with its fantastic bay windows, and freestanding bath, complete with its own dressing room, makes for a fantastic, bright and airy suite. Perfect for photos, and for the bridal party to get ready for the big day – particuarly with a glass of bubbly in hand!

Eastington Park has a stunning feature staircase, making it ideal for your special entrance, or even a place to photograph your entire wedding party. As well as the tree-lined driveway, at the front of the house there is a beautiful pea-gravel turning circle with a classical cotswold stone fountain. So whether arriving by vintage car, or making your entrance down the sprial staircase, you will have a fantastically beautful backdrop. With classic ballrooms, open fireplaces and large bay windows, mixed with some contemporary twists. Eastington Park is ideally suited for those wanting a classic English wedding – with a good old knees up!

Eastington Park has 32 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 70 overnight guests, allowing you and your guests the chance to fully enjoy your time in this beautiful venue. With a 24 hour license on the bar, these bedrooms are ideal with no need for journeys home at the end of the night – or for the serious ‘party-goers’, they are the perfect addition for a couple of hours of shut eye before a much-needed breakfast.

Location: Just two minutes from Junction 13 on the M5 motorway, Eastington Park is only 20 minutes from Bristol. It is also an ideal location for wedding guests travelling from the South West, the Midlands, London or even overseas.

Staff: As well as the beautiful building and superb grounds, Easington Park has a fantastic team of staff. Small enough for a personal and friendly approach, but large enough to be able to ensure everything runs perfectly on the day – check out the lovely testimontials on their website. Backed up with award winning caterers and a fantastic ethos, Eastington Park ticks all the boxes.

Tour: Why not book yourself in for a tour around Eastington Park with Chris, Lisa or Mel; during the week, evenings or at the weekend, and come in and see for yourself what makes this such a special and unique venue.
