The creative team behind Wake the Tiger promise “a voyage transcending reality to a dimension beyond imagination” as they reveal plans for the attraction’s first expansion.
The OUTERverse will open on February 2 having taken a year to build at the ‘amazement park’ in St Philip’s Marsh, with tickets going on sale on Tuesday.
It will encompass 1000sq m of extra space alongside the current site featuring more than a dozen new areas “creating a soul-searching experience” and taking visitors “on a limit-pushing voyage where adventure is not just a destination, but a state of mind”.

“Visitors are invited to relax and explore multiple layers appealing to their curiosity and creativity.
“Celestial, immersive, cosmic and spiritual, visitors should expect to explore the spaces, before bracing themself for an exhilarating descent back to Earth 2.0 with a seven metre high twisting and turning slide descent back to reality.”
The OUTERverse will including a segment from a plane, a ‘cosmic kitchen’ and various children’s toys, as well as a chamber inspired by the natural beauty of crystals and a sea of black and white stripes.

Wake the Tiger managing director, Graham MacVoy, said: “We’re so proud of what we have achieved over the past 18 months, and this expansion is a natural progression for us here at Wake the Tiger.
“When you have so much creativity and talent all working together under one roof, you have to focus that energy somewhere.
“We wanted to combine connection, memories and spirituality into a journey that will blow people’s minds, where every moment promises breath-taking visuals and awe-inspiring concepts beyond imagination.
“Our new ‘Astral Tours’ offer a unique opportunity to go on a trip into the unknown to foster a deeper understanding of the interconnectedness of life.
“Developing this second stage has been a wonderful process. Words can’t describe what to expect, so Bristol is just going to have to come and see it for themselves!”
