Christmas wish list no.2

By Sally Telford  Friday Dec 12, 2014

This is a gift list for the real grown up man if your life. This guy is stylish and difficult to buy for, he knows what he likes when he sees it but he is very particular

Things that will always be appreciated are the boring hits that are no fun for him to buy himself. Stock him up on gorgeous grooming products, upgrade his aftershave – but make sure he likes it. Trust me on Boardwalk Empire, it’s great television; clever and action packed. I like to buy my Mr an accessory, the perfect wallet, cufflinks, a belt – very appreciated but not normally a priority to buy. The day I can give him a watch will make me very popular indeed.

Clockwise from left.

  1. Really good grooming products. My husband loves getting posh moisturiser for Christmas – he hates buying it himself.
  2. If you really watch to spoil then a watch will always be at the top of most mens wish list. He probably knows exactly the one he wants too, steer him around some shop windows then sneak back later.
  3. Boardwalk Empire – gangsters, booze, guns, molls… and it’s really really good.
  4. The classic aftershave, I am planning on getting him something a little more luxury, and even more grown up this year.
  5. The perfect scarf; it might have to get really cold before he breaks this out but he’ll be glad of it when it does.
  6. A belt, the keeper. Paul Smith belts are really good and won’t break the bank.
  7. Slippers – I love mahabis, find them at http://mahabis.com/collections/
