The towels are handmade in Turkey, with Gulsum and Xavier’s extended family forming part of the business.

Gulsum’s grandmother has been making the towels for years, so when they moved to Bristol, they decided to bring this part of their country’s culture with them.

Made of cotton, the product is lightweight, quick drying and 100 per cent natural.

Candles, soaps and body lotions are also available to purchase and are organically made and produced.

FilBlanc is located within The Exchange Hall of St Nicholas Market and is open from Monday-Saturday, 9.30am-5pm.
