Win a cruise on the MV Balmoral

By Bristol24/7  Tuesday Jul 7, 2015

After her brilliant return to service this summer, Bristol’s historic ship the MV Balmoral sails back into the Bristol Channel this week to run her first full summer season since 2012.

You may have seen vintage ship looking sad and forlorn at her berth outside Mshed for the last three years, but early this year, the 1949 ship was given a government grant of £344,000 from the Coastal Communities Fund to get help get her back into shape.

From now until September 20, Balmoral will be plying the Bristol Channel trade routes right through until September 20th. Cruise down the Avon, around the coast of Wales or to the romantic and magical island of Lundy 12 miles off the coast of Devon.
