Amazing timelapse video of Bristol took two years to make

By Bristol24/7  Friday Apr 13, 2018

An amateur photographer has spent the last two years creating this stunning timelapse video of Bristol in his free time.

“I am not doing this for profit or fame,” said Xavier Legros.

“My goal was simply to learn something new, have fun and return some of the love and creativity that the city showed me over the years.”

Xavier, 30, who lives in Ashley Down and is a micro-electronic engineer by day, said that the project was a life-changing experience for him.

He said: “This personal project has really been a rewarding experience for me. I have learned a lot and grew stronger as a photographer.

“I discovered beautiful places around Bristol I never knew existed and it gave me the opportunity to interact with many, many people.”

He added: “When I started this project two years ago, I never thought it would bring me this much on so many levels.”
