Bristol Charity Advent Calendar 2021, day 7: TAP for Bristol
On most of the other charities featuring in this year’s Bristol24/7 Charity Advent Calendar, there will be websites through which to donate to a myriad of good causes.
As a contactless fundraising initiative, TAP for Bristol is different.
Because as well as donating online, giving money to Tap For Bristol can be done across the city simply by tapping your card.

Each tap sees £3 donated, with all money raised divided equally between Caring in Bristol’s homelessness prevention work as well as small grants to other organisations working with those experiencing homelessness.
You can do this in locations including:
- Small Street Espresso in the Old City
- Tesco in the Harbourside
- Waitrose on Queen’s Road
- Small Bar on King Street
- Bristol Temple Meads
- Bianchi’s on Picton Street
TAP for Bristol is a not-for-profit initiative from the Bristol City Centre BID in partnership with Caring in Bristol and Redcliffe & Temple BID.
