Video: Bristol Wood Recycling Project

Since 2004 Bristol Wood Recycling Project has been renovating and recycling wood from its site behind Temple Meads. However, with the redevelopment of the area for the Bristol Arena, the project is now on the lookout for a new location.

It’s signed a new contract with the council until the end of this year and it still very much open for business. But at some point, the project will have to find a new home.

We took a tour around the project and met some of the 30 volunteers who help recycle and sell the wood:
