HERE TO HELP: FIND OUT ABOUT OWNING YOUR OWN HOME IN SOUTH BRISTOL ON 6TH FEBRUARY

By Bristol24/7  Monday Feb 3, 2020

An event will be hosted on Thursday 6th February, helping buyers in South Bristol secure a penthouse in the Copper building at Lakeshore – which is being created by joint venture partners Urban Splash and Places for People.

The event will take place in the sales office, with a chance to view the penthouse show apartment on the night. Customers can also find out about the remaining homes now on sale, with an IFA on hand to talk about the options of buying a home via the Government’s Help to Buy scheme. Prices start at £250,000 for a duplex two-bedroom penthouse – via Help to Buy, eligible customers can buy such a home with a deposit starting at just £12,500*.

Among the final homes on offer are the largest apartment in the building – a 947 sq ft dual aspect penthouse on the top floor, offering vast living space and a generous balcony overlooking the lake and gardens.

Guy Ackernley – sales director for the joint venture – said: “We are looking forward to hosting this event and welcoming more residents here. This exceptional building has been well received by local buyers who have opted for beautifully designed homes in a vast green setting, with Help to Buy making the proposition attainable to all.”

Copper building comprises a total of 136 homes, each of which is packed with excellent design points created by Bristol-based architects Ferguson Mann. Features of the final five homes include balconies, dual aspect views and access to 10 acres of private resident gardens – including a lake.
