Starter for 10: Chloe Ball-Hopkins
BBC Radio Bristol sports reporter Chloe Ball-Hopkins is competing to become to the UK’s first wheelchair-using beauty queen. The Blue Badge Co. brand ambassador was recently named runner up in her division and third place overall in Miss Catwalk UK, having only entered the Miss Bristol last year after initially contacting organisers for a story and finding out that nobody in a wheelchair had ever previously entered.
She answers our questions this month:

City or Countryside?
Both. I live in the countryside but work in the city and I like the balance. I like the buzz and vibe of a city but the tranquillity and views of the countryside.
Bike or Car?

Beer or Cider?
Neither – I am a rose or gin drinker.

City or Rovers?
Well, working for the BBC I can’t be biased, and my family is really Romeo and Juliet about this, but I think if I was pick it would be City. I’ll say no more so I don’t dig myself into a bigger hole with the Rovers fans around me!
Brains or Beauty?
Brains. Don’t get me wrong, I think everyone wants to be beautiful. And I believe that everyone is in their own way. To quote my favourite Disney film, “Beauty is found within”.
