45-year-old man from Knowle West charged with arson after boatyard fire

A 45-year-old man from Knowle West is facing two counts of arson in connection with Saturday’s fire at Underfall Yard.

Robert Boyd-Stevenson of Headford Road has been charged with arson with intent to endanger life and arson with recklessness as to whether life was endangered.

Boyd-Stevenson was due to appear at Bristol Magistrates’ Court on Monday, also charged with a stalking offence.
