A singing Santa and churros for more than a tenner at Bristol Christmas Market
It’s the most wonderful time of the year in Broadmead with the return of Bristol’s Christmas market.
There’s an animatronic Santa singing songs such as Feliz Navidad, see-through plastic igloos covering a few tables in the central bar area and a Nativity scene to remember that Christmas is more than just about mulled cider.
is needed now More than ever
But be prepared to pay for festive cheer. A plain bratwurst hot dog costs £6, a honey roast ham and roast beef Yorkshire pudding wrap costs £9, and large churros cost £9.50 – with Nutella dipping sauce £1.50 extra.
Lager on tap costs £6 a pint with mulled cider or mulled toffee apple cider costing £5, the same price as mulled wine.

The market is open daily from 10am to 7pm, with food and drink from 10am to 10pm, and live music in the evenings. It’s in Broadmead until December 23.
