Ethical property has one mission; to provide sustainable, purpose-built and accessible workspaces to ethical organisations.
Its ground-breaking workspace, Streamline at Paintworks, was launched last year, offering organisations with a shared commitment to social change a range of state-of-the-art facilities in a fully accessible, art-deco inspired space.

The process couldn’t be simpler! Just fill in this online form, telling us a bit about your organisation and why you feel you deserve to win the space.
The desks are located in Streamline’s bright and airy Share space, and if you are successfully chosen as a tenant you will enjoy access to all the facilities on offer; secure bike and car parking, superfast WiFi and access to high speed broadband, shared meeting rooms, kitchens and attractive breakout spaces. The building is fully accessible for those with disabilities and boasts a coveted BREEAM accreditation for sustainability.
Just a stone’s throw from Bristol Temple Meads and main transport routes into and out of the city, Paintworks is a thriving cosmopolitan location to work. It is home to a diverse range of creative and dynamic organisations and also boasts regular street food at its iconic airstream eateries.
If this sounds like your perfect workspace, and you want to be part of thriving communities within Streamline, and Paintworks, then what are you waiting for? Get your entry in today; entries close at midnight on 24th April and winners will be announced 7th May.
Sarah Campbell, Ethical Property’s regional manager SW and Wales explains:
“We know that the past two years have been incredibly tough for many, with organisations facing financial challenges that have forced them out of workspaces, and into working disparately.
“Bristol is brimming with vibrant and forward-thinking organisations; social enterprises, changemaking organisations and businesses with real purpose. We want to give these people a chance to enhance their working environment with one that inspires creative thinking. We also understand that there are still barriers that exist to those with disabilities, and our whole ethos is one of inclusivity; reflected in the accessible design of all our sites.
“This is a great opportunity to be a part of a truly special environment and use that to help grow and motivate real change and positive work. Entry is simple and can be done online, explaining a bit about your work and why you think you’d benefit from this prize.”
