Arrest following Shirehampton explosion

A 21-year-old man has been arrested in connection with an explosion at Shirehampton Post Office.

The attack on the post office’s ATM in April left part of the shop front ripped apart and strewn on the walkway.

The man arrested on Wednesday is being held on suspicion of conspiracy to cause an explosion and conspiracy to steal.
