Becky Watts: Six people appear in court

The six people charged in connection with the Becky Watts murder investigation have all appeared in court on Thursday.

Nathan Matthews, 28, of Hazelbury Drive in Warmley, appeared via video link charged with the murder of Becky.

Shauna Hoare, 21, of Cotton Mill Lane, Barton Hill, is charged with intending to pervert the cause of justice.

Karl Demetrius, 29, his twin brother Donovan, Jaydene Parsons, 23, all of Barton Court in Bartin Hill, and James Ireland, 23, of Richmond Villas in Avonmouth, are all charged with assisting an offender.

All six defendants have been remanded in custody and a provisional trial date has been set for October 5.
