Bristol baker Giuseppe to appear in Great British Bake Off 2021
Giuseppe Dell’Anno is a chief engineer whose Italian-flavoured bakes make his three sons cheer.
His poetry skills are unknown but what he will hopefully be excelling at is baking when he appears in the new series of The Great British Bake Off.
No sloppy Giuseppe, more super Giuseppe.

The show returns to Channel 4 on September 21, once again made Love Productions, who have a Bristol office on the ninth floor of the Clifton Heights tower overlooking the Triangle.
Writing on Instagram, Italian-born Giuseppe said: “Ecstatic to be part of the Bake Off family. This year’s gang is truly magnificent! Check them out next Tuesday on Channel 4!”

Forty-five-year-old Giuseppe lives in Bristol with his wife and their three young sons, and was inspired to bake by his father, a professional chef.
He works at the National Composites Centre in Emersons Green and is also an industrial fellow at the University of Bristol.
His LinkedIn page reveals that since July 2021 he has also been senior manager R&D at Sealed Air in Milan.
When not at work or in the kitchen, he loves architecture and gardening.
Giuseppe follows in the footsteps of Briony Williams, a former teacher, who was a GBBO contestant in 2018.
