City Hall lit blue and yellow in solidarity with Ukraine

By Martin Booth  Monday Feb 28, 2022

Barely a ripple touched the blue and yellow of Ukraine as the colours were reflected onto the still water in front of City Hall.

The colours of the Ukrainian flag had been beamed onto the top section of the building overlooking College Green to show solidarity with the country and its people.

It comes as hundreds of people are expected to attend a demonstration in solidarity with Ukraine on College Green at 5.30pm on Wednesday.
