Marvin Rees is the latest politician to go into self-isolation during the coronavirus outbreak.
The mayor of Bristol is staying at home after a family member developed a cough, according to a BBC report.
On Tuesday, Rees shared a video to update people on the city’s response to the pandemic and urged people to be cautious and follow government advice.

On Monday, MP for Bristol North, West Darren Jones announced he was in self-isolation after family members developed symptoms. Deputy mayor Asher Craig is also remaining at home after returning from a holiday to Malta.
