#BristolCharityAdvent day 8: Baby Bank Network
Baby Bank Network redistributes baby items like clothes, slings and nappies that have been used and loved by parents, but are no longer needed, to parents who cannot afford to buy these items new or second hand.
Working closely with children’s centres, health visitors and other organisations that are in contact with vulnerable families, the charity has supported more than 650 families across Bristol and the surrounding area in its first two years.
The Baby Bank Network’s current Christmas Campaign is looking for the following items:
is needed now More than ever
If you have items that the charity currently needs, then please check that they meet their safety guidelines. If they do, or if you have any questions, email [email protected].
If you have toiletries, monitors or unused and unopened teats for bottles, then you can drop them off in one of the charity’s toiletries bins located in these locations across Bristol.
Even if you don’t have items to donate, Baby Bank Network is always in need of cash to buy new mattresses, teats for bottles and raincovers for prams.
Or perhaps you could add some toiletries to your basket next time you are shopping, or treat the charity to something from their Amazon wishlist.
