Bristol’s ‘smallest’ house put up for sale

By Charlie Watts  Friday Apr 14, 2023

A home has been listed for sale which some are calling the “smallest house in Bristol”.

Described as a “truly unique one-bedroom town house”, it is sandwiched between two commercial properties on Nine Tree Hill in Kingsdown, just off Stokes Croft.

On the market for £300,000 with Maggs & Allen, the property is spread across three floors and even includes a balcony.

Maggs & Allen say the house has “been tastefully refurbished to a high standard”, and that its stand out features include oak flooring and staircases as well as under-floor heating.
