CCTV footage released of man being kidnapped from a Bristol bar
This shocking CCTV footage shows a man being kidnapped from a busy bar on Gloucester Road:
The 22-year-old victim was dragged out of the Blue Lagoon by a number of men before being assaulted and put into a car. He was then driven to the Bradley Stoke area before managing to escape.

He required hospital treatment for injuries to his face following the incident which happened at around 10.20pm on Thursday, December 15 last year.
Temporary chief inspector Duncan Wood said: “This was a terrifying event for the young man involved and it’s fortunate he didn’t sustain any lasting injuries.
“Thankfully, incidents of this kind are rare in Avon and Somerset but when they do happen we take them extremely seriously.”
Police are appealing to the public for help identifying the men in the video. Anyone with information is asked to call 101 and provide the call handler with the reference 5216278474.
A 32-year-old man and a 28-year-old man have been arrested in connection with this incident. They have both been released on bail until February 17.
