It’s been a long time in the making and now Bristol’s only completely independent guide to food and drink is out across the city.
You can read the 2022 issue of EatDrink24/7 here:
Back after a three-year hiatus, EatDrink24/7 2022 is better than ever, bringing top picks from a panel of industry experts, our own trusted editorial team and our readers, as well as profiles, interviews, articles and comprehensive listings.
is needed now More than ever
The Bristol24/7 team wanted to make sure the guide launched in style – fittingly, with a party celebrating some of the best of the city’s food and drink scene. It even got to have its own beer specially created by the genius team at Left Handed Giant (LHG).
Hosted in LHG’s St Philip’s taproom, the party saw guests tuck into canapes provided by chef, owner of Pony Bistro and EatDrink panellist Josh Eggleton and Square Food Foundation, while burgers were devoured from Danny’s Burgers, who recently won the award for the UK’s official best burger.
People basked in the sunshine, dodged the downpours and danced when the sun came out once more.
Speaking about the guide, Bristol24/7 and EatDrink Editor Martin Booth said: “Bristol’s independent food and drink scene deserves to be celebrated, and I hope that EatDrink24/7 goes some way to doing that.
“Our city is rightly renowned for its food and drink scene, and it has been an absolute pleasure speaking to so many talented people whose recommendations form the heart of this guide.
“If I’m not cycling, I’m probably having a coffee or a beer in one of the locations within the pages of EatDrink24/7.”

Bristol24/7 teamed up with Yuup for the launch event, who provided some taster sessions – including chocolate tasting and pottery. Non-alcoholic cocktails were poured by Brislington-based Caleno, while tunes were provided by Gardna, Papa Moomin, Boujee Seagull and Miles Arnold of Belters.
Perhaps most importantly, the event was a chance to thank and celebrate with our wonderful members, without whom none of the work we do would be possible.

Canapés were provided by Square Food Foundation and Josh Eggleton
