First glimpse inside new Avon Gorge by Hotel du Vin

One of Bristol’s most well-known hotels is currently undergoing a major refurbishment ready to open as The Avon Gorge by Hotel du Vin from spring 2018.

The first stage of the investment programme by the historic Clifton hotel’s new owners is now complete with the new bedrooms now able to be revealed for the first time.

The Avon Gorge’s new owners have added artwork to the hotel “that reflects the quirky British humour to give the rooms a contemporary yet classic feel”

Hotel du Vin chief operating officer Nick Halliday said: “Over the last 12 months we have worked tirelessly to restore and reinvigorate this iconic hotel. It’s been a fantastic journey.
