FRANK Water and Nutcessity launch charity recipe book

By Katie Button  Wednesday Jul 17, 2019

Bristol charity FRANK Water has joined forces with a nut butter brand to launch a new charity recipe book.

Profits from the Nutcessity recipe book will be help raise money to provide safe and clean drinking water in India and Nepal.

Nutcessity has been making organic alternatives to peanut butter since August 2016 after founder Mike Duckworth, who has a peanut allergy, formulated a smooth nut butter free from added sugar, preservatives and oil.

Nutcessity founder Mike Duckworth said that his business’ partnership with FRANK “makes perfect sense”.

He said: “I travelled in India on two separate occasions before working out what I wanted to do with my life.

“But seeing the slums in Jaipur and the lack of clean water struck a chord with me. I now have a small-business platform where I have the chance to work with other organisations to help create change.”

Nutcessity’s charity recipe book is available through www.nutcessity.co.uk/shop or at FRANK Water and Nutcessity events.
