First glimpse of Shaun in the City exhibition
It is finally upon us. After a summer of Shauns lurking on streets around the city, The Great Sheep Round Up Exhibition is to open its doors.
Saturday will be the first time fans will be able to see all 120 Shaun the Sheep statues together in one place.
Seventy of the colourful characters, designed by artists and celebrities for charity, were placed in Bristol in July and August, while a further 50 were in London during a springtime trail.
The Great Round Up is taking place in a specially-built pavilion at Cribbs Causeway which will also be used to host a charity auction where all statues will be sold in October.
The Shaun in the City trail, exhibition and auction are all raising money for the Grand Appeal, the Bristol Children’s Hospital charity.
Admission to the nine-day exhibition costs £4.50 for children and £7 for adults. A new batch of tickets were released earlier this week after capacity was increased to cope with demand.
