is needed now More than ever
His last big rally in Bristol took place last summer as Corbyn campaigned to be reelected as Labour leader:
That rally was overshadowed by the stinging comments made by Lawrence Hill councillor Hibaq Jama about her own constituency MP, Thangam Debbonaire.
Boos rang out for Debbonaire and the other Labour Bristol MPs – all of whom voted no confidence in their leader and resigned from his shadow cabinet.
Jama was temporarily suspended by the Labour Party for her comments.
Corbyn was most recently in Bristol in April when he visited Brentry & Henbury Children’s Centres in Brentry.

The rally on Wednesday is billed on its Facebook event page as a “chance to show your support for the National Health Service that Labour created and will save in government”.
Corbyn and shadow health secretary Jonathan Ashworth will be joined by front line staff from the NHS, in an event that will be compered by actor Paul McGann.
