Man pleads guilty to shooting baby
A 24-year-old man has admitted shooting a baby with an air rifle in Hartcliffe on Friday.
Jordan Walters, of Bishport Avenue, was charged with grievous bodily harm (GBH) at his first appearance at Bristol Magistrates’ Court on Monday.
He pleaded guilty to the offence. His partner Emma Jane Horseman, 23, of the same address, was also charged with GBH. She chose not to enter a plea.

Both have been remanded in custody to appear at Bristol Crown Court on July 18.
Police said the one-year-old remains in a critical condition in Bristol Children’s Hospital with a serious head injury.
