Mini Gromit Unleashed trail coming soon
New designs and old favourites will feature in a mini version of Bristol’s much-loved sculpture trail.
Featuring Gromit, Wallace, Shaun the Sheep and Feathers McGraw, the trail will see 15 sculptures installed in locations across The Mall at Cribbs Causeway.
From October 24 until the new year, Gromit Unleashed: The Grand Adventure will see the designs each representing a different country, with new sculptures painted by artists including Paula Bowles, Carys Tait and Emily Ketteringham.
is needed now More than ever
The trail is being organised by The Grand Appeal – the Bristol Children’s Hospital charity – alongside Aardman to celebrate 25 years of their partnership.
Previous trails taking place across the city and further afield have raised millions of pounds for the charity, with a permanent Gromit Unleashed shop on the upper level of The Mall.

The Grand Appeal director, Nicola Masters, said: “Over the past few months we’ve been working out a way to bring some of the magic and fun of Gromit Unleashed to life this autumn.
“We want to help bring a smile to the faces of shoppers and their families while they are visiting The Mall at the end of such a difficult year for everyone.
“Gromit Unleashed: The Grand Adventure will take visitors on a safe adventure, while helping raise awareness of the sick babies and children in our region that still need our help and support.”
All the 15 sculptures will be located out of reach, with the recommended route around the trail follow The Mall’s one-way system.
