More rogue landlords revealed
Another landlord renting out substandard accommodation has been fined as the city council continues to tighten its bespoke licensing scheme.
In April 2013 Bristol City Council declared all private rented properties within the area of Stapleton Road, Easton and surrounding streets must meet basic standards.
Saleem Nazir is the latest to have been hauled before the courts for not registering with the scheme. He faced a £4,200 fine for a flat he let above a phone shop on 437 Stapleton Road.
