Event: Tremor / The Wolf Of Trinity Street: NYE 2018

Where: Trinity Centre, Trinity Rd, Bristol BS2 0NW

When: Monday 31st December 2018 – 10:00pm til 6:00am (last entry 4:00am)

In the famous words of Jordan Belfort, I am not going to die sober! Tremor plan to throw their most debaucherous New Year’s Eve yet. My warriors, who won’t take ‘No’ for an answer.

Event: In:Motion / NYE

Where: 74-78 Avon St, Bristol BS2 0PX 74-78 Avon St, Bristol BS2 0PX

When: Monday 31st December 2018 – 8:00pm til 6:00am

After a momentous 2018 season across 13 weeks and 35 shows, In:Motion is reuniting with The Blast on NYE to usher in the new year in spectacular style.

Motion’s primary warehouse space will be pumping out the best in house and garage, headlined by the one and only Hannah Wants. She will be joined on the night by Bristol party legend Redlight, US garage god Todd Edwards, Kaizen boss Madam X and DJ Klose One.

The Marble Factory warehouse will get a taste of The Blast’s signature drum and bass style with Sub Focus leading the charge alongside massive B2B’s from TC and ANNIX, Kasra and InsideInfo join forces as Circuits and Kenny Ken, Remarc and Potential Badboy will be joined by Ragga Twins as the Jungle Warriors. The room will be rounded off with two of 2018’s leading talents, Unglued and Critical Impact.

Expect to see some of the best names in Bristol take over the tunnel, with the line up dropping very soon.

Event: Hot jerk Caribbean NYE party

Where: 30 Stokes Croft, Bristol, BS1 3QD

When: Monday 31st December 2018 – 10:00pm til 4:00am (last entry 1:00am)

Caribbean Croft invites you to join in their festive celebrations by welcoming in the New Year with a night of Caribbean festivities.

All guests will be treated to a hot jerk Caribbean buffet and a free drink on entry.

Music on the night will be served by the Elite Squad along with DJ Ricky 2 Tuff plus special guests

This is a smart casual wear event, with prizes on the night for best dressed and best dancer

Event:  Prehistoric pop party – Pop confessional NYE 2018

Where: Thekla, East mud dock, The grove, Bristol, BS1 4RB

When: Monday 31st December 2018 – 9.30 til 4.30am

Travel back in time to a land of prehistoric creatures, mythical plants and primitive mankind. The church of Pop Confessional have travelled back deep into the prehistoric jungle to celebrate new years with earths earliest prehistoric party poppers at the Prehistoric Pop Party!!!

Thekla has been overrun with a mystical jungle filled with giant predators, warring tribes and huge man eating plants. This jungle contains the most fantastic strange and fearful creatures who ever roamed and ruled the earth.

Fancy dress is highly encouraged, think: Dinosaur, Jesus, Ape, Caveman / woman, Mythical Creatures, & Explorers.

DISCO A GO GO!!

Department S Club Night Bristol team up once again with The Lanes this new years eve.
It’s going to be a big party vibe with the UK’s premier party band The 45’s playing live with support from The Delinquents and a night of floor filling indie, soul, rock & roll, motown, disco and funk from John The Mod (John Britton) & guests.

Event: Steppin’ out – NYE 80’s party

Where: Tobacco Factory, Raleigh Road, Southville, Bristol, BS3 1TF

When: Monday 31st December 2018 – 7:30pm til 2:30am

Headlining the transformed Bodacious Bar is dance music aficionado Bill Brewster. With a DJ career that began in the 80s, Bill has travelled the world, playing all the major clubs as well as being a founding Fabric resident for five years. There are few still playing regularly today that have his dedication, eclecticism and encyclopedic knowledge of music. Expect to see in support, local lads Bedmo Disco Records, Boogie Cafe Records’ very own JimmyTheTwin and Supersmash resident Spinthief spinning their take on the 80s.

And that’s only just the start, they’ll also be throwing a big top block party, hosted by Boogie Truckers, celebrating the birth-of-hip-hop and electro with special guest dancers B-Boy TV throwing down jaw-dropping moves.

In the Thali space Worm Disco Club present Outernational Tropical Groves, drawing upon the rich musical sounds of the 80’s, with guest DJ Dial Africa and incredible live African drumming from Tématé.

Step upstairs and into Tooty Frooty’s rather naughty Guilty Pleathers takeover of the Theatre Bar space, starring Carmen Monoxide with DJs James Dyer (K.E.T FM), Michael Vinyl, Ranks (PLU) & DJ Blindbat playing back-to-back 80’s bangers all night long.

Plus, delicious street food (voucher included in ticket price), a retro photo booth, dance-offs, walkabout, neon & UV face paint and a few other surprises along the way…

Event: Winter Wonkyland

Where: Brunel Passenger Shed, The Old Clock Tower, Temple Meads, Bristol, BS1 6QH

When: Monday 31st December 2018 – 7:00pm til 2:00am (last entry 9:45pm)

Meet us at the gates and present your ticket, enjoy a welcome drink and explore a strange and wonderful setting.

See how the iconic Passenger Shed at Brunel’s Old Station, Temple Meads, is magically transformed into the ultimate land of make believe: a wintery Wonkyland!

You will feast on a magical mouth-watering meal created especially for this season of events by the renowned Fosters Catering. Then, dance the night away with our makers of music and dreamers of dreams, not forgetting that very special ‘sparkly’ countdown.

Event: New years eve black and white ball

Where: Double Tree By Hilton Cadbury House Bristol South, Cadbury House, Frost Hill, Congresbury, Bristol, BS49 5AD

When: Monday 31st December 2018 – 6:30pm til 2:00am

Enjoy an opulent evening of glamour, dancing and fine dining in monochrome, with Champagne cocktails and canapés on arrival. Dress to impress in cocktail dress and black tie. Mingle and dance to live music from The Dysfunktional Band and resident DJ. Carriages at 2am.

For the New Year’s Eve Ball the bar opens at 6.30pm and guests seated at 7.30pm, food is served at 7.45pm. See in the New Year until 2am.

Event: Liquid lunar sessions NYE special

Where: To The Moon, 27_29 Midland Road, Bristol, BS2 0JT

When: Monday 31st December 2018 – 7:00pm til 2:00am

Liquid Lunar is a favourite regular event in the bar and last year’s NYE special was such a hit it made sense to do it all again this year.

More details and DJ lineup TBC but it will be a load of Liquid Lunar regulars and a special guest or two.

Music will be nice vibes, chilled dnb which created such a good fun atmosphere last year, this year is certain to be more of the same.

Expecting opening times a bit later than normal to see in the new year.

Event: NYE at The Doghouse with Jonathan Ulysses

Where: The Doghouse, 12 St Stephens Street, Bristol, BS1 1EL

When: Monday 31st December 2018 – 9:00pm til 3:30am

It’s the first NYE event at The Doghouse and they’re pulling out all the stops!

A VIP ticket includes your branded drinks for the whole night with a champagne reception.

On top of that they have 18 year space Ibiza resident Jonathan Ulysses, playing a monster 4 hour set smashing out Ibiza classics supported by Bristol Legend Deli G.

The Doghouse are limiting this event to just 150 tickets for a full VIP experience.
