Nominations for Bristol24/7 2023 charity partner now open

By Bristol24/7  Wednesday Dec 7, 2022

Do you know a Bristol charity that is doing incredible work and could benefit from support?

Bristol24/7 is proud to support Bristol’s amazing charities. That’s why we have selected charity partners each year to work with.

Through our Better Bristol projects, we collaborate with individuals, businesses and communities to create opportunities that have a positive impact on the people of Bristol.

This year we partnered with Babbasa, Square Food Foundation and Incredible Edible Bristol, and have seen some amazing results along the way.

For example, we are already seeing candidates for our work experience placement come through Babbasa.

We have also supported the work of Square Food Foundation through our 10k marathon fundraiser, our EatDrink launch party and the guide itself, as well as by giving them well-deserved coverage so they can get the support they need.

We have supported the work of Incredible Edible Bristol by raising their profile on our platforms and garnering city-wide support. We’ve seen Edible Bristol grow into an inspiring charity creating meaningful changes, with the wonderful Sara Venn speaking at our Better Business events.

Now, we are looking for another Bristol-based charity to support through our public and business memberships, as we move into 2023.

Our support package will offer:

  • A free marketing package to run across the Bristol24/7 platforms
  • Participating in the Better Business meetings and collaborating with our business community
  • Raising your exposure among Bristol24/7 readers and having the opportunity to offer volunteer opportunities to our readers

In order to add to our social impact projects, we want to hear from charities that focus on one of the following:

  • Support for young people across the city
  • Giving a voice to marginalised communities
  • Support for environmental projects in the city

Do you know of a charity that is doing incredible work within Bristol and would benefit from the support provided by the Bristol24/7 members?

Email partnerships@bristol247.com with your chosen charity and:

  • The organisation’s mission: who do you work with and what is the vision?
  • What message would you like to share with our platforms?
  • How will the charity and the beneficiaries benefit from the support and partnership?
