Primary school places allocated across Bristol
More than 87 per cent of families in Bristol have been offered their first preference primary school place.
An overwhelming majority of families have got one of their top three choices, with those who were not offered one of their preferred schools falling to just less than two per cent (104 families compared to 110 in 2018 and 192 in 2017).
Anna Keen, cabinet member for education and skills, said: “It is great that we’ve continued to offer the vast majority of parents their first preference school this year and that every child in Bristol has got a place.
