Running the Bristol 10K for Caring In Bristol

By Bristol24/7  Thursday May 12, 2016

Two members of the Bristol24/7 team are running the Great Bristol 10K on Sunday to raise money for a homeless charity.

Editor Martin Booth and Features Editor Pamela Parkes are both taking part in the event to raise money for Caring in Bristol, delivering vital support to homeless and vulnerable people.

Martin and Pamela will be joined by several staff from publishing company Wildfire who we share an office with in the Paintworks.

Wildfire marketing manager Imogen Smith said: “We are so proud to be supporting the amazing work of Caring in Bristol. The charity supports homeless and vulnerable people all year round Bristol through effective, volunteer driven projects including Caring at Christmas and Bristol Nightstop.”

Many of our team members are running novices, so please help coax them to the finish line by donating today via www.justgiving.com/Wildfire-Comms.
