Shopping centre to be transformed in new development
The Galleries in Bristol’s city centre will be transformed, it has been revealed.
Following the launch of Cabot Circus in 2008, the shopping centre has struggled to keep apace. It had previously been the city’s main shopping centre since opening in 1991.
Over the past 13 years, The Galleries has seen a gradual decline, now having many empty storefronts and with many bargain stores now calling the centre home.
is needed now More than ever
Tim Davis, head of the company’s Bristol office, has said that the transformation could be “one of the most exciting development opportunities in the UK”.
