The Lullaby Bike Ride
If you spot a troupe of luminous bikes heading through Ashton Gate and Southville on August 22, kitted out in fairy lights and playing gentle lullaby music as they navigate the residential streets, your eyes and ears are not deceiving you.
The Lullaby Bike Ride, organised by Bristol charity Sustrans to celebrate twenty years of the National Cycle Network, will see several cyclists take to the streets of Bristol to soothe the city’s children, with soft music and LED lights giving the spectacle a dreamlike quality.
The bike ride will mark the end of Fair in the Square, a free festival on the same day offering live music, bike check-ups and a cycling circus.
