A tree was blown over on Wednesday night as a storm hit Bristol.
The tree fell on Whatley Road in Clifton, stretching across two pavements and landing on two cars parked on either side of the street.
Nobody was injured, with one of the cars with part of the tree still on top of it roped off on Thursday morning.

One resident of Bradley Stoke said that the thunder “sounded like a bomb going off”.
Eskimo Russ tweeted: “Been a long while since hearing thunder that loud.”
Savannah replied that it “was scary; pretty sure one hit very near to my house, it shook my house and slammed the door and the next hit was close as well as it blinded the area”.
