Wanted man pictured at scene of assault

A man wanted by police over an assault on a driver on Cumberland Road was captured on a camera phone at the scene.

Police released the image in a bid to trace the man over the incident which saw a driver sustain a broken eye socket after being punched by a pedestrian

The incident took place on Saturday, July 18, at about 6.10pm

An appeal has been launched for anyone who knows the man or witnessed the incident to call police on 101, with reference 78108/15.

Alternatively they can report it online.
