Mark and his wife Karen run COR on North Street, which was Bristol24/7’s best restaurant of 2022. COR continues to impress and was added to the Michelin guide earlier this year. One lucky Bristol24/7 member will win the chance to spend an evening cooking with Mark and learning to make some of COR’s best dishes under expert guidance.
