Win a pair of tickets to Kendal Mountain Festival in Bristol

By Bristol24/7  Tuesday May 16, 2017

Bristol24/7 readers have the exclusive chance to win a pair of tickets to Kendal Mountain Festival, when the current UK tour comes to Bristol on Saturday, May 20.

The outdoor film festival is renowned for the high quality of its programme, which includes speakers and film screenings.

The tour comes to the Redgrave Theatre, Bristol, with a screening of Tupendo, which tells the fascinating story of mountaineer Jonathan Bamber’s attempt to be the first person to climb Tupendo, an unclimbed peak in the Indian Himalayas.

Jonathan will be answering questions after the film and speaking about his near-fatal attempt to climb the mysterious mountain.

Lee Craigie will also be speaking about her epic feats of endurance, including becoming the UK 24 Hour Mountain Biking Champion and riding a 500-mile non-stop endurance race without any support.

To be in with a chance of winning the tickets, visit b247.staging.proword.press/competitions before midday on Friday, May 19.
