10 Questions: Katie & Kim

By Bristol24/7  Monday Mar 14, 2016

Katie & Kim’s Kitchen has swiftly become a Bristol institution. Scotland-born Katie Houston and Kim Glegg met at art school and first started cooking out of a converted horse box on Stokes Croft, winning the top prize at the British Street Food Awards before moving to permanent premises on Picton Street in Montpelier in 2014.

Here are Kim’s answers to our monthly 10 Questions feature:

1. What was your earliest ambition?
Red Arrow pilot for me. Katie probably wanted to do something on a stage or anything where people were looking at her.
