“I’m quite fussy eater. I don’t believe fruit should be in cake. But you need to try the toasted banana bread at Little Victories. It was my first ever banana bread and my life changed before my eyes. It is incredible.”
Arancini at Bosco

“This was another food that changed my life, another food I dream about. Bosco in Clifton Village is my favourite, especially in the summer when they open up the front windows. Seven Lucky Gods in Wapping Wharf also do a katsu curry arancini which I had before Belly Laughs. I didn’t want to leave.”
Pride Rock at Blaise Castle

“This is quite a difficult one to find. If you walk into the woods you will come across this large rock. If feels like you’re in Jurassic Park. You don’t feel like you’re in Bristol. Whenever anyone visits me I take them to Pride Rock. They often say it’s their favourite place in the world.”
Mrs Potts Chocolate House

“As a die-hard chocolate fan, how could I not say Mrs Potts? Also, Swoon that used to be almost next door. I can recommend the mango and raspberry sorbet. Especially if you’ve just had a lot of chocolate from Mrs Potts and need something fruity.”
Flying Saucers

“Flying Saucers is where I go for therapy. Painting is the only time where my brain switches off. It’s the time I don’t think I should be editing, doing this or doing that. I absolutely love going in there and just painting.”
