is needed now More than ever
Eastville Park Parkrun

“Every Saturday I lace up my running shoes and join in with Eastville Parkun. It’s a fantastic chance to get some fresh air, meet new people and clear my head. The park offers a safe haven away from the hustle and bustle of city life, and running around the lake really makes me forget the stresses of the week.”
Flourish

Flourish at Glenavon Farm is a “purpose-driven foodhall, kitchen and home & lifestyle store, created to benefit both people & planet” – photo: Flourish
“Flourish is an absolute gem in Saltford, with a farm shop that stocks lots of wonderful local food and a cafe-bar which serves a mean breakfast, that tastes even better when the sun is shining and I can sit outside.”
Bristol Museum & Art Gallery

“All Bristolians will remember the school trips and family visits to Bristol Museum for a very good reason. I still love to come here when I get the opportunity. Where else in Bristol can you time travel between the dinosaurs and the Egyptians, visit a dodo and see a Banksy?”
Foodie Vietnam

“Tucked away on Exchange Avenue by the side of St Nick’s Market, Foodie Vietnam is a small restaurant with the best pho in Bristol and one of the few places I have found that serves nem nuong. This restaurant is arguably one of the reasons I’m off on a cycling holiday around Vietnam in 2024!”
Paintworks

Paintworks continues to grow – image: Paintworks
“Paintworks is an incredible creative space and is a lovely spot to stop off for a coffee at Bocabar, visit one of the food trucks next to or enjoy an incredible exhibition at the Royal Photographic Society. Just some of the many reasons BRACE have chosen the Paintworks Event Space to host Let’s Talk Dementia on Saturday, September 30: a free event for families to learn more about dementia in a friendly setting.”
