Here are Peter’s top-five Bristol favourites:
is needed now More than ever
Driving into Bristol over the Cumberland Basin
“You get the whole panorama of the city from here. The colourful houses, the Suspension Bridge, the greenery, the cliffs in the Avon Gorge. When I see that every singe morning, I think how lucky are we.”
Arnolfini

Grayson Perry’s The Most Popular Art Exhibition Ever! came to he Arnolfini in 2017
“If you get the chance when the right artist is here, the Arnolfini feels like its own little world. Just walking around looking at the art is so special. I love the clean lines in there and it’s small enough to immerse yourself. Grayson Perry; fucking hell, that exhibition blew me away. When cool artists like him come to that space, it’s the best.”
Leigh Woods
“I love taking a walk here, finding a view of the Suspension Bridge. I just love doing that.”
Gloucester Road
“Gloucester Road is Bristol pretty much summed up in every way for me. Just walk along it. The beauty is that you don’t know what to expect; you can discover anything!”
Harbourside
“I especially love the SS Great Britain. It’s one of the most glorious sights. It’s unbelievable.”
